Payment, Cancellation & Refunds - FAQ’s

Booking instructions:

  1. Make your package purchase. You will receive a code, save your code, you will use it every time you book.

  2. Book your appointment with your code.

  3. Check your balance with your code at the bottom of the scheduling page.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

With respect to your time, other customers’ time, and your Nutrition Consultant, you will be receiving 3 email reminders and 1 text reminder before your appointment time. Please add your appointment to your calendar with alarms. Slowly begin to get ready 30 min. before your appointment: Grab your drink, wind down work, inform your meetings that you have to leave on time, etc. 

  1. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email (lucidwild.as.me)

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund, but are eligible for a discount to make up for the session.

  3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their appointment and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  4. Late Arrivals: Clients who show up late to their scheduled appointment will meet for the remaining time of their appointment. If there is a cancellation or open appointment after your appointment, we will try our best to squeeze you in to make up for the time lost.

Refund Policy

  1. Full Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your purchase within seven (7) days from the date of purchase and only pay for the consultations received at the standard rate of $125/session. The package pricing discount of $100/session only applies to the full purchase of a package.

Ex: You buy a 5-session package @ $500. You use 1 session out of 5. Your refund is $375.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

2. No Refunds: After seven (7) days from the date of purchase, partial refunds will be issued with a 25% administrative fee.
